  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify measurements and ensure product compatibility before ordering.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Contractor pricing is available to verified contractors; discounted pricing cannot be combined with other promotions.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders begin processing once payment is received.

  • Lead times vary by product and are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested before the order enters production or ships.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather.

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon arrival and reporting damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging.

  • Custom or cut‑to‑length items are non‑returnable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

7. Warranty

  • American Railing products include a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, or normal wear.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

8. Installation & Safety

  • Installation must be performed according to local building codes and safety standards.

  • American Railing is not responsible for improper installation or code compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • American Railing is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
